Mohammed bin Rashid attends first annual meeting of Academy of Scientists and honors winners of Scientific Excellence Medal
UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, attended the first annual meeting of the Mohammed bin Rashid Academy of Scientists, held at Etihad Museum, in the presence of prominent scientists and experts from various scientific fields of the community of scientists in the UAE.
Its agenda was specifically made to discuss a number of scientific challenges in three main topics, to develop scientific plans and initiatives for the UAE and create a community of scientists, reaching UAE Centennial 2071.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed, on the sidelines of the meeting, honored the winners of the Mohammed bin Rashid Medal for Scientific Excellence, the finest national medal given to scientists who achieved remarkable contributions in various scientific fields.
