UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum accompanied by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown prince of Dubai and His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, attended part of the first day of the Arab Strategy Forum launched today in Dubai.
