The Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the 2000 Guineas Stakes – the first English Classic of the racing season – on the Rowley Mile track at Newmarket..
