UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended a reception held at Armani Hotel in Dubai in welcome of the guests of Dubai World Cup due to start tomorrow at Nad Al Shaba racetrack.
