UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum opened today Dubai World Cup in the presence of  Dubai Crown Prince H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and UAE Minister of Finance H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and a number of Sheikhs, senior officials and a crowd of fans. Sheikh Mohammed handed the Dubai World Cup trophy to the owners of Japan's Victoire Pisa and congratulated them on the impressive win.
