Mohammed bin Rashid attends Dubai Forum on best government practices 2011

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the opening session of the Dubai Forum for Best Government Practices at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) 2011 today. The opening session of the two-day annual forum was also attended by Dubai Deputy Ruler HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, sheikhs, heads of local and federal government institutions and representatives of a number of Arab countries.
