UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended a ceremony organised by the Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) to honour the winners of the 2010 cycle of the Dubai Quality Award (DQA), the Dubai Human Development Award (DHDA) and the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES). Also present at the 16th Business Excellence Awards ceremony, which was held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dubai, were Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed distributed a number of awards, honouring five winners of Dubai Human Development Award and 18 winners of the Dubai Quality Award. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed handed out prizes to 12 winners of the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme.
