UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended a brainstorming session to discuss the most important future ideas to develop the services and infrastructure of the smart government, as well as to promote its usage and enhance the quality of its applications. The session was attended by 100 deputies, director-generals and officials of smart government services. H.H. said: “Our ambition, in the upcoming phase, is to link smart services federally and locally and to provide a unified service desk for the customer , wherever his place and whatever his service as the customer is looking at us as one integrated country and work environment”.
