UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the opening sessions of Arab Thought Foundation (Fikr10) conference, which will run for three days at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray hotel in Dubai.   The event saw the attendance of Dubai Crown Prince HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, ministers and a number of senior officials and prominent intellectual and cultural figures from the UAE and the Arab World.   HH Sheikh Mohammed was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his farsighted vision and strategic planning that turned the wheels of development and lifted the United Arab Emirates to become an advanced entity that enjoys prestigious status both regionally and internationally.
