UAE Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended the speech delivered by the Foreign Minister HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in the second day of the Government Summit 2015, entitled "We, the UAE". The speech approached all the aspects of the civilized development that is currently going on in UAE in various aspects. His Highness confirmed that the Arab and Islamic identity of the UAE is the main source of its progress and openness to the world. He also emphasized that UAE, although small in size but large in its impact on the world progress, and that it used to be a barren desert in the past, but now it is thriving in welfare and standing up high with its skyscrapes and landmarks of renaissance and modernity. The session was attended by Crown Prince of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai His Highness Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, His Highness Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Director of the office of His Highness Vice President of UAE, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai Lt. General Musabbah Rashid Al Fattan; and a number of sheikhs, ministers and senior officials.
