Vice President, Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended yesterday at Yas Hotel a lecture about UAE Competitiveness organized by ''Emirates Competitiveness Council '' and delivered by the international expert Professor Michael Porter.
