Mohammed bin Rashid attendes the UAE Government Leaders Programme

  H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai attended the UAE Government Leaders Programme organized by the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs for General and Executive Managers and Directors in the federal organizations.   Launched under the directive of Sheikh Mohammed, the UAE Government Leaders Programme aims to develop visionary leaders with the potential to drive the strategic objectives of the UAE federal government.   Sheikh Mohammed along with more than 40 staff with 5 senior officers and Ohood Al Rumi, executive Manager of Council of Ministers Office listened to a lecture delivered by Professor Yves Doz from the European School for Business Administration (INSEAD), part of the programme which is being held over four days.   His Highness said that the invincible commander is the one who defeats the impossible in his strategic plans, whether on the battlefield or in the field of civil construction and modernization, and demanded that the national leadership to be active, creative and implement without delay or postpone, Sheikh Mohammed added: "I want you now, not tomorrow, there is no "tomorrow" in my dictionary, now before tomorrow, I want you to be at my side in the march of development and construction, all of us we have to build by using our hands and minds, and serve the nation, which gave us in abundance, and we must repay with creative and hard work And endeavor to our homeland in order to preserve its dignity, civilization and achievements being the focus of admiration and appreciation worldwide".   This programme will be delivered over a period of 18 months and will comprise of various training programmes, such as leadership, strategic thinking, planning and implementation, general management and awareness with local, regional and international environment.
