  H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, attended the European Open Endurance Championship for Ladies that took place in Britain.   The race was also attended by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince, H.H. Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Event Management Corporation and H.H. Sheikh Majid Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority.   The daughters of Sheikh Mohammed - Sheikha Latifa, Sheikha Maryam, Sheikha Fateim and Sheikha Sheikha were crowned winners of the Team Championship. Sheikha Latifa Bint Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum won the singles championship.   The race was held in Houston Park with 26 other female riders who participated in the 80km event, which was divided into three phases. The excellent race routes contributed to UAE's victory.   The triumph has not only revealed the high capabilities of UAE female riders but the success has also marked a new milestone and achievement for the UAE Team in the local, regional and international arena. This accomplishment will also encourage more UAE female riders to participate in future endurance races.
