Mohammed bin Rashid and President of Rwanda Attend the Signing of Cooperation and Partnership Agreement between Investment Corporation of Dubai & Rwanda Development Board

UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and President Paul Kagame of Rwanda today attended the signing of a cooperation and partnership agreement between the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) and the Rwanda Development Board (RDB).Also present were H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai. The agreement was signed by H.E Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, Director General of the Dubai Ruler's Court and Chief Executive Officer of the ICD, and Francis Gatare, Chief Executive of the RDB.
