UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum received Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his accompanying delegation at Za’beel Palace today. The meeting was held in the presence of Crown Prince of Dubai Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed and Zarif discussed bilateral relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Republic of Iran and the situation in the region. They also reviewed ways to strengthen peace and stability for the good of the people of both countries and throughout the world. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed received an official invitation to visit Tehran from Iranian President Dr. Hassan Rohani, which he gratefully accepted.
