  Deputy Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum asserted that the new charity campaign to provide one million deprived children around the world with proper clothing is just one more milestone on a long list of vigorous efforts exerted by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, who stands as an icon of charity, and comes as a natural progression of the humanitarian seed laid down by the late founding fathers; Sheikh Zayed bin Al Nahyan and Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, and is now being taken care of by the President, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Their Highnesses, Members of the Federal Supreme Council, Rulers of the Emirates and the generous people of the UAE. This was stated at a meeting of the executive committee of Sheikh Mohammed's initiative, chaired by His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
