Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, today received Gilbert Van Hassel, Chief Executive Officer ING Netherlands Investment Management. The company operates from Dubai International Financial Centre for its operations and investment in the Arab region and Africa.
