Maktoum bin Mohammed praises smart payment at Dubai Land Department's pavilion

His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and the First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, praised the smart payment service launched by Dubai Land Department.
This came during his visit of the Department's pavilion at GITEX Technology 2016.
