Dubai Deputy Ruler HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Makotum offered condolences today on the death of Rousha bint Obeid Khalfan bin Tamim at the house of Mohammed bin Saif Al Falasi in Jumeira.
