Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum chaired a meeting of the DIFC Supreme Council, which convened at the Centre’s headquarters earlier today, in the presence of members of the DIFC Supreme Council. After reviewing the action plan containing agenda for the upcoming years, a number of topics were addressed, most notably the approval of the DIFC 2014/2015 strategy. At the end of the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum honored the Governor of DIFC H.E. Abdulla Mohammed Saleh, for his tremendous and continuous efforts to the service of DIFC, as well as his active contribution in the development of the financial sector in Dubai and the UAE.
