Maktoum bin Mohammed attends the launch of Dubai Forum for Government Best Practices

Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, attended today a part of 'Dubai Forum for Government Best Practices', organized by Dubai Government Excellence Programme of the Secretariat General of Dubai Executive Council for the seventh version under the them 'Smart and Educated Government'.
