His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, today witnessed the graduation ceremony of the 5th edition of the 2018 Masters and Leadership Development Program and the UAE Knowledge Center organized by the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government at Emirates Towers in Dubai. He congratulated their diligence during their academic careers.
