Dubai Deputy Ruler and Chairman of Dubai International Financial Center(DIFC), H.H Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended yesterday the graduation ceremony of the second batch of holders of Executive MBA from London Business School headquartered regionally in the DIFC as a second location after London.
