Deputy Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended, this noon, the final day of Dubai plan 2021 Creative Labs, organised by the General Secretariat of the Executive Council at the world's highest tower. The event aimed at intriducing future creative ideas to achieve the vision of the wise leadership, make the UAE citizens the happiest people all over the world and enable Dubai Government to gain the title "Happy Government" that works hard to provide all means and elements of happinees ever sought by the Emirate's society.
