Dubai Deputy Ruler HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum attended yesterday the closing ceremony of the 16th session of Dubai International Holy Quran Award  at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The event,  held under the patronage of UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, was attended by speaker of the Federal National council, sheikhs, ministers government officials, dignitaries and members of the diplomatic corps in the country. Sheikh Maktoum honored Yusuf Estes who won the Islamic Personality of the Year Award as well as the sponsors and the top ten winners.
