His Highness Sheikh Majid Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, this morning opened Gitex Shopper and Consumer Electronics Expo, the largest and most popular technology retail event in the Middle East.
