Led by Mohammed bin Rashid, UAE delegation conveys Khalifa's condolences to new Saudi King

A UAE high-level conveyed the condolences of the President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and those of the government and people of the UAE to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, on the death of King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud. The delegation was led by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, accompanied by Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain and General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. The high profile delegation of mourners, which arrived at Riyadh Air Base earlier today, comprised Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and a number of Sheikhs, ministers and senior officials. The UAE delegation was received at the airport by HRH Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, Governor of Riyadh, and HRH Prince Majid bin Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz. They expressed heart-felt condolences and sympathies for the death of King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz, and their full confidence in the ability of Saudi Arabia to pursue its honorable approach under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud.
