UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan received the “Sheikh Rashid Award for the Humanitarian Personality” (2010-2011) in recognition of his charitable and humanitarian work regionally and internationally.   The ceremony was held at at Dhiyafa Palace today and was attended by UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Their Highnesses the Supreme Council Members and the Rulers of the Emirates, crown princes, deputy rulers, ministers as well as Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation and Chief Executive of Emirates Group Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum  who is also Chairman of the Award’s Higher Committee.
