Khalifa, Mohammed bin Rashid receive condolences from world leaders on the death of Maktoum
UAE President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Nahyan and UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum received today condolences on the death of Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum from Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, King Abdullah II of Jordan, Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Nazif, Omani Deputy Prime Minister Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Saeed, Chairman of Algerian Parliament Abdul Qader bin Saleh and Tunisian Prime Minister Mohammed Al Ghanoushi. They also received condolences from Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Egyptian Minister of Defense and Military Production Marshal Mohammed Hussein Tantawi, Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki, President Ismail Omar Guelleh of Djibouti, Moroccan King’s brother Prince Maoulai Rasheed, Pakistani Prime Minister Shawkat Aziz, Duke of Gloucester and Representative of Queen Elizabeth II and the Royal Family in Britain as well as UK Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Kim Howells who conveyed the condolences of British Prime Minister Tony Blair.
