Khalifa, Mohammed bin Rashid receive condolences from Mubarak, Hamad bin Eissa, Foreign Envoys and UAE Citizens
UAE President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan received at Zabeel Palace today in the presence of UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, condolences from Egyptian President Mohammed Hosni Mubarak and the accompanying delegation, King Hamad bin Eissa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, Governor of the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Head of the Lebanese Parliament's Future Bloc Saad Al Hariri, Indian President A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, Malaysia's Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and French Foreign Minister Philippe Douste-Blazy, and Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki and the accompanying delegation. He also received along with Dubai Deputy Ruler and Minister of Finance and Industry Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan condolences from sheikhs, ministers, dignitaries, senior civil and military officials as well as UAE citizens. Sheikh Khalifa also received condolences from Bahraini Crown Prince and Commander of Bahrain’s Defense Force Sheikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Foreign Minister Sheikh Khaled bin Ahmed Al Khalifa and a number of senior officials. Present at the meeting was Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He also received yesterday in the presence of Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum condolences from the representative of Emir of Kuwait, First Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah and the accompanying delegation as well as US Assistant Secretary of State for Economic and Trade Affairs Tony Wayne and US Ambassador to the UAE Michele J. Sison. Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Abdul Rahman bin Hamad Al Attiyah also offered his condolences.
