The President H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan led a high profile delegation to the 28th summit of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) held on 3rd and 4th December 2007 in the Qatari capital of Doha. The delegation included Sheikh Maktoum Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone Authority, number of Sheikhs and other high officials.
