Under the patronage of the Protocol Department of Dubai in coordination with the Protocol School of Washington®, the 3rd International Protocol Manager Training Course begins today at "The Address Hotel" in Dubai Mall. Ahmad Alzaabi, Assistant Director General of Protocol Department said that protocol has become a critical element of the contemporary world of diplomacy. It dictates the optimal manner to behave positively in certain situations. Alzaabi added that the 4-day course will focus on different topics, including the origin of protocol, hospitality, etiquette, order of precedence, presentation and logistic support of official delegations and others.
