In the presence of UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Japanese Prime Minister Shinzō Abe addressed the participants in the World Government Summit on a televised speech extending praise and appreciation to the UAE leaders and rulers and the Summit organizers for hosting this world gathering in a unique initiative.
