Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister of Finance, Chairman of Dubai Health Authority and patron of the Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Medical Sciences received at his Palace in Zabeel a high profile GCC delegation.  The delegation includes 30 figures of decision makers and leaders of health institutions in the UAE, Kuwait and Bahrain, who are participating in the "Economics and Health Technology Assessment Diploma". The academic program is offered for the first time in the Middle East by the Sheikh Hamdan Award in collaboration with the University of Washington, U.S.A, and is supported by Bristol-Myers Squibb Middle East and Africa.
