Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, received delegations from the University of Sharjah and Al Falah University in Dubai, in the presence of Mirza Al Sayegh, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al Maktoum College for Postgraduate Studies in Scotland
