Hamdan bin Rashid receives the honorary fellowship from the International College of Surgeons

Dubai Deputy Ruler and UAE Minister of Finance HH sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum was awarded the honorary fellowship certificate and golden medal from the International College of Surgeons in appreciation of his support to medical services and his humanitarian efforts. The ceremony was held at his palace in Zabaeel yesterday.
