H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, received the chairman and members of Board of Trustees of the Hamdan bin Rashid Award for distinguished academic performance at Zabeel Palace today, along with the jury of the international competition and a delegation from UNESCO. The meeting was held to assess entries for the 3rd round of the international prize, and was attended by Jamal Al Muhairi, Secretary-General of Hamdan bin Rashid Award; Suliman Al Ansari, Chief Executive of Hamdan Award; Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Member of the Board of Trustees, permanent representative in the standing committee of the jury; Ali Saeed al-Kaabi, General Coordinator of the Award, member of the standing committee of the jury; together with the seven members of the jury panel, headed by Dr. Adam Odobra, representative of the UNESCO General Director in the standing committee of the Jury.
