Dubai Deputy Ruler and UAE Minister of Finance H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum received Consul General of Kyrgyzstan Kubanychbek Omuraliev Sheikh Hamdan also received outgoing Consuls Guy Warrington of Britain and Benito Valeriano of Philippines.
