Hamdan bin Rashid receives the 13th batch of female graduates from Al Maktoum College in Scotland

Dubai Deputy Ruler and UAE Minister of Finance HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid al Maktoum today received at his palace in Zabeel the 13th batch of the female graduates and the 6th winter batch of the multicultural program, academic orientation and leadership skills organized by the Al Maktoum College in Scotland.
