Hamdan bin Rashid receives Scottish Minister

Dubai Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum received today at the Court of His Highness the Ruler of Dubai, Richard Lochhead, Scottish Government's Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and the Environment and the delegation accompanying him.
