H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance and Industry, received participants of Third Gulf Philanthropy Consultation Forum to be held in Dubai between 20th and 22nd January 2008 at Zabeel Palace.
