Hamdan bin Rashid receives Palestinian Consul General

Dubai Deputy Ruler and UAE Minister of Finance HH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum received at the Ruler's Court today the new Palestinian Consul General in Dubai Qassim Saleh Ridhwan.
