Hamdan bin Rashid receives outgoing Consul General of Singapore

Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance H.H Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum today received at the Dubai Ruler's Court the Consul General of Singapore Dileep Nair at the end of his tenure in the country.
