Hamdan bin Rashid receives Mayor of the Russian St. Petersburg

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler, UAE Minster of Finance and Chairman of Dubai Municipality received Mrs. Valentina Matvienko, Mayor of the Russian St. Petersburg and accompanying delegation. Shiekh Hamdan and the Mayor discussed possibility of cooperation and exchange of technical know how between Dubai and Petersburg, especially in fields of environment, construction and infrastructure.
