Dubai Deputy Ruler, UAE Minister of Finance and Chairman of Dubai Municipality Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum received today at his palace in Zabeel Mayor of the French city of Lyon Gerard Collomb and his accompanying delegation.
