Hamdan bin Rashid receives Kyrgyz Consul-General

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, this morning received the Consul-General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Dubai Kubanychbek Omuraliev, who came to bid him farewell at the end of his tenure in the country.
