Hamdan bin Rashid receives Jimmy Carter

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, today received former US President Jimmy Carter, and founder of the Carter Centre, who paid a courtesy visit to Zabeel Palace on the occasion of his visit to the country.
