Hamdan bin Rashid receives Japan Consul

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance, received at H.H. the Ruler's Court Mr. Hishashi Michigami, the Consul General of Japan in Dubai, who came to congratulate him for assuming the office.
