Deputy Reuler of Dubai and Minister of Finance, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum received, this morning at his palace in Za’abeel, the Irish Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Charlie Flanagan, and the accompanying delegation.
