His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum received a delegation from the International Hospital Federation (IHF). The IHF delegation was headed by Dr. Eric de Roodenbeke, IHF Chief Executive Officer, along with a number of researchers and experts from the USA, Switzerland. and France. In attendance at the reception were H.E. Essa Al Maydoor, Director General of the Dubai Health Authority and Dr. Abdul Salam Al Madani, IHF adviser in the Middle East Region. The delegation expressed their gratitude for the cooperation between the International Hospital Federation and the Dubai Health Authority, and extended their thanks to His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum for his loyal support of the health, medicine, and scientific research sector. The delegation also expressed their high regard for His Highness’ adoption of the Future Health Leaders Programme, organized by IHF in cooperation with the Dubai Health Authority. During the meeting, Dr. Eric de Roodenbeke awarded His Highness Skeikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum a certificate of appreciation, for his devoted efforts to the development of the health sector in the emirate of Dubai, and his standing support for medical and continuing education.
